My professional journey began over 25 years ago while still in high school, interning at the Pentagon, which ignited my passion for national security. This experience laid the foundation for my technical acumen, further developed by earning certifications in MCSE, CEH, ITIL, and SABSA SCF.

I've had the privilege to lead technical delivery services teams at esteemed consulting firms and Federal Systems Integrators, including Booz Allen Hamilton and SRA. These roles have shaped my leadership style and given me a deep understanding of the complexities and demands of the cybersecurity landscape.

After completing an MBA in National Security, my focus shifted to sales leadership in the cybersecurity sector, specifically in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for the public sector. I've consistently exceeded targets, driving significant revenue growth and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Balancing a customer-first approach with a keen eye for strategic and creative thinking, I coach and nurture my teams to excel in the sales process. I believe that clear communication and collaboration are the bedrock of successful teams.

Continually seeking to enhance my knowledge, I'm currently enrolled in a Masters of Legal Studies program. This aligns with my commitment to stay on top of policies impacting cybersecurity, such as fintech regulation, artificial intelligence, and GDPR.

When I'm not immersed in the cybersecurity world, I can be found training for Spartan races, a passion that keeps me mentally and physically challenged, much like the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.
